| Osy slips into RP mode.
The small group of orcs made their way through the pass. The cliff walls on either side seeming to stretch as high as the sun that was baring down upon them. Their leader stopped to drink from his water skin made of tanned dwarf hide.
How dare they send him to scout for the Urukai, he had served his time in battle. With a snarl, he sent the rest of his party on ahead while he tried to hide from the sun under the remains of a tree. He grew more angry by the minute at the circumstance and the heat.
Suddenly, the sky grew dark. The sun seeming to erase itself from the sky, shrouded in blackness. Perchance it was a cloud moving by, or smoke from a burning village which brought a smile to the orc's fang filled maw. He could almost hear the villagers screams, as Ao came crashing down upon him. Caving in his skull and compacting his spine, his life was gone in but an instant.
Osyshnir peered down from the cliff's edge, his keen vision seeing no movement. Gromgash had been defeated. He brushed off his hands and pitched the bent sword to the side. The sword he had used to pry Ao free from the cliff's face.
Osy thanked Valar. If Ao had not been a rock, this most certainly would have been a more painstaking and risky endeavor. Then he heard something that truly shocked him.
"GG. Thanks for the group man, not sure how I would have got credit without ya. Sucks being a rock, but now I can get my mount! WOOT!", responded the slab of granite named Ao from the bottom of the gorge.
Osy shook his head and dumped out the Hobbit leaf he had swiped back in Staddle. Something was not right about that, not right at all. |
