I tried to sign up for closed beta but I did not have the patience to download that file they wanted re: my computer specs.

The dxdiag? Just hit your start button, click run and run dxdiag...chances are ya have it on the pc already. Once it gets the specs...save 'em to a text file. Then just upload that text. I don't remember it taking too long, but I've done it a few times for various betas.

I've registered for BETA...just waiting for the word.
I fully intend on buying it regardless of if I get into Beta. I've always been a huge fan of anything Warhammer since its release waaayyy baackkk in the early 80s. Warhammer Fantasy I have two complete armies: Chaos and Dark Elves and Warhammer 40k I have complete armies for each race.

I'll more than likely play a Chaos Chosen or a Chaos Magus...although the Imperial Witch-Hunter looks damn kewl. But then there are Dark Elves. <evil grin> I see several ALTs in my future.
